Shipping

TORQ4x4 ships to Australia only. The majority of our orders will be delivered via Australian Air Express or another courier service. Item pickup can be arranged from our store at 3/82 Johnson Rd, Hillcrest, QLD. Once your order has been placed and processed, TORQ4x4 will contact you to provide you with available pickup times which will generally be between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Saturday. 
  
Your purchase will generally arrive within 2-7 business days following your order. Australian Air Express deliveries are made between 7am and 5pm on business days only. TORQ4x4 will package your purchased items carefully and if your items are damaged in any way upon arrival you should reject delivery, and we encourage you to contact enquiries@torq4x4.com.au at the first instance.
 
Depending on the time and items you purchase on www.torq4x4.com.au, shipping dates and costs will differ for each order. Items purchased may be shipped individually or as a group depending on stock availability and warehouse location.
  
At checkout, you will be notified of shipping costs which are calculated automatically by the website (based upon the size and weight of the items) and include a handling fee. All customers will be notified if we are unable to deliver items due to any delivery restrictions.
 
If your order will be delayed for any reason TORQ4x4 staff will contact you as soon as possible via phone and / or email to advise of the delay.
